Data processing purposes and legal basis for data processing

Personal data are processed to perform the request. The provision of such data is necessary to be able to process the request. The legal base for such data processing is set by Article 6 (1) letter b of EU Regulation 2016/679.

With the consent of the data subject, personal data may be processed to send communications to promote services, events, the participation in surveys and to send newsletters by e-mail, sms, telephone and though App. The legal base for such data processing is set by Article 6 (1) letter a of EU Regulation 2016/679. The consent may be withdrawn in any moment by writing to amministrazione.campus@joivy.com, even if only for a specific method of contact.

Recipients or categories of recipient to whom personal data may be communicated

Personal data may be disclosed to employees and collaborators of rtmliving in accordance with the instructions provided. Personal data may also be disclosed to third party persons/entities, who provide certain services to rtmliving who operate as Data Processors (such as, for example the shareholder Joivy S.p.A. and the IT company whose services rtmliving uses).

Data retention period

Personal data will be retained for one year from the request of the data subject

Personal data processed with the consent of the data subject will be retained for 2 years from the last interaction/ request of the data subject.

The data subject's rights and entitlements

The data subject is entitled to receive confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data are being processed and, if so, the latter is entitled:

to obtain access to the personal data in question, to request to have the personal data rectified or erased, to have the data processing restricted, or to object to the data processing;
to receive from the Data Controller that data subject's personal data, in a format that is structured and in common use and readable on an automatic device, and also to transmit this data to a different data controller (data portability);
to be informed about the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling;
to revoke one's consent at any time, if the revocation is specifically notified, without prejudice to the legality of data processing operations already conducted based on consent given prior to the revocation;
to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
